Too many students push the responsibility of learning onto other people, teachers, companies, systems, methods, and exams.
Nobody can learn for you, and unless you TAKE PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY for your success, you will just be another failed English learner. It is the students’ responsibility to continue learning after they leave the classroom. Good teachers can only try to help them love the language and learn what else there is out there.
Learning a language is not just a class, test or an exam – it’s life. It’s a personal journey – you don’t just learn a language – you’re learning a culture, you’re learning customs, lifestyles, identities, and how to love the world, respect it more and not fear it – but to become a part of it – a part of the whole World, as a human of the world.
We are of the world, so lets learn about it and love it…
